Could not keep from keepin' on

The other night I saw Bob Dylan on the train. He was about 20, so it must have been 1965 in his corner of the carriage. He had a Dylan afro and skinny black Dylan jeans, and he was playing Tangled Up In Blue on acoustic guitar and singing in a soft Dylan Midwestern accent. He said he'd been busking all day without any luck. I had no money to give him, which would have made me sad, except then he started singing something else that I didn't recognise and sadness became briefly impossible.

Colleague, today, at a seminar: "This is the first time we've seen a fall in this series since the survey began. So it's pretty unusual really." You don't say.
