This morning I got a power supply from Ascent!
The drive-end connector matches my drive, so assuming it works, I should be home and hosed. But I have no way of knowing whether it works because, oopsies, what plugs into that socket you can see in the photo? A detachable PSU-to-wall cable which I returned along with my faulty power supply, and which was not replaced along with the replacement power supply.
So whose fault is this: mine, for returning a detachable part that wasn't faulty, or theirs, for not replacing everything I sent them?
