Sometimes you gotta suffer a little in your youth

Dr A Micro: "Let me tell you about the exam. You'll have to choose two essay questions and two numerical questions."

Class: "Will they all be worth the same?"

Dr A Micro: "No, the numerical questions are worth 35 marks each, but the essays are 15 marks each. So I would do the numerical questions first."

Class: "How long will the essays be?"

Dr A Micro: "About a page each. Basically just regurgitate the lecture notes."

Class: "… and the papers?"

Dr A Micro: "No. I only expect you to have read my lecture notes. Mentioning the papers might get you bonus points, but… no."
